When the left and right earphones are used alone, you need to reset the system such as below.
1. The earbuds are on press and hold the Multi Button for 5 seconds to turn them off and start up. Then press four times the multi Button to restart earbuds, and press four times quickly simultaneously, both earbuds show the blue lights to restore them.
2. Put the earbuds back into the charging case restart them and pair again.
3. If you have paired your device with the earbuds before remove”G8”from the Bluetooth device list and pair again
